We secure residential planning consent for infill sites, large garden/side gardens, brown-field sites, edge of settlement land - often sites that have failed to obtain planning permission in the past, we take on the risk, cost and work of securing planning consent on a agreed sale subject to planning consent.

We partner with property investors, individual SSAS pension investors, and landowners to maximise returns on a first charge basis from our property deveolpment and investments.
